Overall i think Dr. Perry-Gilkes is great and very professional. My one problem is when I had an appointment and showed up at the office the Dr, was delayed on surgery, which I know happens sometimes I think the staff should have call to cancel or reschedule the appointment. I have to take off work to come to my appointment, so I lose pay for an appointment that did happen. This can be avoided if a phone call was made.

Unfortunately the visit was a colossal waste of time. I explained my Mom's issue and specifically asked if this office was equipped to perform a thorough exam and was assured that is was, only to have my Mom receive a rudimentary exam that any primary or internist would perform, certainly not was expected from a Board Certified Otolaryngologist.
