I got my 6 month cleaning in September. Dr. Desai was not in that day, so another doctor saw me, and was told I had a cavity that needed to be filled. I made an appointment for a filling for a Sunday morning. First thing Dr. Desai did was take an X-ray to make sure the filling was necessary, and immediately discovered that there was no need to get a filling. She was very apologetic and offered me a free whitening tray for my trouble, which I appreciated even though I would've still been happy without any gestures. I appreciated the thoroughness and the fact that she double checked before getting started. I always have such a great experience at Polished - I moved away to Logan Square this spring, but continue to make the trip to Lakeview for my dental care, because I'm so happy to support this woman owned practice. Keep up the good work, guys!
