Took my car in for an oil change and the bumper came back dented. Manager said he would take care of the damages, but has yet to. Owner still will not response to me. I would not recommend getting your car serviced here.

I've been pretty happy with the service here since 1979 when it was owned by Ed Brown. No more. I was roundly abused by manager Mike today. The car had been towed there last nite. My fault that he took so long today b/c I didn't realize my ringer was off when Mike called. When I finally spoke to him this morning he told me he would call me when he found a tire. I called a couple of times anyway (b/c I'm used to doing so, to check). The second time, he began abusing me roundly and said he had found a tire but not the rim. He accused me of complaining tho I had not complained, only asked meekly, "It needs a rim?" (I had not thought of that!). I walked down to the station and he was still abusing me, yelling angrily at me and he never stopped. I took the car to Midtown/Goodyear and will never return to Exxon as long as Mike is there. (Please see my nice comment from 4 mos ago, which they asked me to do and I gladly complied). Yes, it was my fault the ringer was off. It was my fault that I committed the severe sin of calling twice tho he told me not do. But I am far from deserving the severe abuse dished out. Mike has issues!

I went to your station for a routine maintenance as i have done before. I asked that my tires be part of the check. When I was told that the car was ready, I asked again about the tires and they had not yet been checked. When they were finally checked, the pressure was very low in a tire that had a nail in it. I would have left with this if I had not asked again. Also I would like a list of what is actually checked by manual and visual inspection instead of simply a 30something point check which sounds like an automated check only and not a manual. Obviously tires are not routinely checked. I doubt I will return.

Came by as a first-time customer for a standard oil change. There's a coupon online for an oil change and tire rotation deal. Service was friendly and prompt. They also topped off all of my fluids, which solved my whining noise coming from the power steering. Manager was very helpful and friendly as well. Will certainly come back.

This place isn't cheap, but it isn't expensive either. Remember, you get what you pay for. I've had a couple of cars worked on here and have yet to be disappointed. I blew a transmission hose and dropped my car off here about 10PM. They had it fixed and ready to go at 6PM the next day... less than 24 hours later. Great job guys!
