I have been using Pond Doctors for almost three years. They are great. My pond is on for service twice a month because I have direct sun and end up with a lot of algae. If I have a problem with the pump or another issues, I call them and they are quick to come out and repair any problems.

I’ve hired your company to do maintenance in my pond with the idea if there is maintenance on a monthly basis the water would stay clear. The water is NOT clear I’m very disappointed thus far. If there is something wrong with the pump etc I would think your team that comes every month would address the issues which does not appear to be the case
