I often find myself getting ready to go to the ER because of an ailment that (in retrospect) could have waited.
It is the “retrospect” that at that time is not there.
It seems your Hospital is not just understanding of this, but to be very blunt: I have been able to talk to the Veterinarians directly about costs. Options were given, many tests cause bills to be near infinitive though-a recent through check, many many tests were to be performed.
It was the first time I have EVER had a percentage of “absolute” associated with a cost the pending test.
I salute you in this manner of dealing with your Clients, & because of it- I feel more people will get more involved if a 60% rate is at the start cost, etc.
Often terribly difficult for me to write letters, as test is so informally generalized and often a very sincere thought gets lost. Conveying these thoughts, on an iPhone message seems to lose a lot.
So, allow me to say I am a very happy customer, and my service FurKid can trigger anxiety if he may be he empathy is nearly disabling at times, but you have helped me.
It has helped me more than you could ever know.
