As a teacher and student of yoga for 25 years, I am very impressed with the quality of teachers with whom I take classes at PRANA. The owner Donna Polidis is an excellent teacher and sincere yogini. I could go on about all the teachers but what many may not know is that Prana offers PILATES taught by an exceptional instructor named Ofelia. I am a devotee of yoga but Pilates offers core strengthening exercises ( i.e. tummy tighteners) plus body awareness without any stress to joints. Anyone of any level of fitness can practice and most of it is done lying down. Believe me, you work hard but it's so safe and efficient.
All in all, there are 17 highly skilled teachers offering a wide variety of classes at affordable prices.
So make it a very HAPPY NEW YEAR and become healthier!
