I had to chuckle with Paul since I only read the positive reviews here and I told Paul that the "service experience" was even better than what even the most enthusiastic reviews on this site raved about. In my case, I had several issues that other shops wanted to charge me $100 per hour until they figured out what was wrong. Paul's shop apparently had car repair ninjas that figured things out on a standard diagnostics fee and, of course, they we're so thorough that I learned about a bunch of other important repairs. Given that I wanted everything fixed, the shop offered to subsidize bulb replacement which, of course, made the circle pines police happy! The best thing: the car, a 1998 Malibu, feels completely brand new. For those who complained that the prices might be slightly higher than other shops: given how efficient and professional the service was, I have no complaints and I thought that the delivered value was excellent!
