I was disappointed in the experience last week. It was chaotic as there were so many patients in one area. The staff was unable to explain to each person individually how to do the exercise correctly having to rush from one patient to the other.

I also do NOT like being out in the open when I am being adjusted - there is no privacy now with the new set-up.

However, I am happy with the chiropratic care I am receiving.

We appologize for the inconvenience you experienced that week as we were starting the new physical therapies that have been put into place. Since it was new for everyone it was a little chaotic. Normally we only have to show "1" patient at a time their rehab., since it was new to everyone we did the best we could to introduce all new and exciting rehab. equipment. Rest assured this is only the first stage. We are adding a Nurse practioner and an MD. effective May 13th which will allow us to be the first integrated practice in Pearland! Additional services will be joint injections, trigger point injections, medical weight loss, neuropathies, lab testing, improved rehab and chiropractic. If in the future you don't feel serviced better than you ever have, please grab one of us by the arm. :)
