I would give the overall experience four to four & a half stars. We usually receive a phone call from dealer service depts. or repair shops before parts are ordered or work begins, in order to give us cost estimates for each service or repair item submitted, and get our final approval. Then, we decide, based on cost projections, which items are within our budget and are OK to go ahead with during a particular visit, and which to postpone. However, the service was courteous and caring, the work was done very well, and overall, we're happy with the drive-away experience and the repairs. We do appreciate the extra care to find parts at cost-cutting prices. We would return to Prestige for future service on this vehicle.
