my experience with heather is always excellent she is very attentive and engaging with myself as well as i'm sure all her other clients she is genuinely interested in our family dynamics my only recommendation would be that they adopt a fee rate for non insured clients since many seniors no longer have insurance coverage and the fees I'm sure reflect the 80-90 % coverage that most employers provide
