I have chosen Dr Burns at Priority Pet Hospital for the last 6 years to care for my pets. I trust Dr Burns completely with Harry and Parker. Great staff and technicians.

This was my first experience with the staff at Priority Pet Hospital and Dr. Burns. And I couldn't be more pleases. Everyone was right on top of things. Attentive. Knowledgeable. And great with my two senior dogs. I've only been a resident of the Gilbert area for a couple of months. and am lucky enough to have already found a superior vet for my dogs. Thank you.

Service was prompt. The Vet and all of her staff were very caring and wonderful with our Bella. They provided us with an opportunity to voice any concerns and possible causes and remedies. They called us the following day to check on Bella, as well as provided us with test results. Our overall experience was EXCELLENT!

The original service was average nothing particularly outstanding. The warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. My transmission failed at about 2,500 miles of use. Cause of the failure was the transmission cooler clogged up allowing the transmission to overheat and burn up. They refused to honor the 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty on parts and labor warranty. Their claim is that they recommended an additional cooler be installed when I had the transmission rebuilt. My questions to them were, 1. When I picked up the vehicle shiftright gave me an unconditional 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty on parts and labor. No conditions were noted by shiftright limiting the warranty. 2. "If you thoroughly cleaned the existing transmission parts and flushed the cooling system, then filled the transmission with new fluid, where did the material that clogged the cooler come from?" There was no reply other than you should have installed an additional cooler.
