Upon arriving the lady at the front desk was very attentive and nice, she gets 5 stars! My stylist Lacey greeted me and asked what I wanted(ash blonde, no streaks), we spoke briefly and she got started. It took about 50 minutes to put the foils in and then she took me to the sitting area and let me know it will be about 30 mins. 30 mins turned into about an hour. I noticed she was foiling someone else's hair in the mean time. When we finally went to rinse I was so ready to leave! The shampoo was good, very thorough. She blow dryed my hair straight, added a ton of product and maybe feeling that I didn't love the color said "I see a lot of light here" or something to that sort about my hair. I didn't think it was light enough, and the top was very streaky, we specifically discussed blending the top. Oh well, I'm ready to leave and I know she has this girl waiting behind me. To my surprise she didn't tame my fly aways with a straightener, I've never had just a blow dry and been called done. Oh well, it was $100, good enough. I immediately went home and washed out the product and conditioned for softness. Hopefully the streaks will fade. I don't blame the stylist, I blame that she was double booked and rushed.
