Estela, as always is excellent and much appreciated - especially the blanket to ward off the cold.

The problem is that the man-pedi room, especially in the pedi chairs is way too cold. Teressa & Estela tried to warm it up, but the thermostat keeps popping back down to 62 degrees. Unfortunately after all this time, of being uncomfortably cold, I may have to find another venue and cannot recommend Progressions.

From the warm and friendly reception staff who greet you, schedule your appointments and check you out, to the shampooers, to the talented hair stylists, the end to end experience is top notch. Progressions provided one of the best salon experiences I've ever had. The stylist respected my time - she was on schedule so I wasn't left waiting. I also appreciated that she told me how long each process would take. Great product selection in the store. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Best eyebrow waxing appointment I have had in years. The technician was very knowledgable and for such a small service it felt like I went to the spa for a brief getaway.

Hello Cindy,

My compliments on running an impressive operation. I have several times had the pleasure of having color done at your salon. Jennifer Y. is a very capable and pleasant professional, and without exception, all staff members are plesant. The surrounding is comfortable and estheticly pleasing. Yours is the best salon that I know of.

One small constructive criticism - the chairs in the shampoo area could be more comfortable/adjustable - the staff tries to compensate lack of adjustment with towels, etc., which makes it better.

I appreciate the good work done.
