Bruce and another associate responded to our call for a garbage disposal that was no longer working. In no more than 10 minutes, Bruce not only identified the problem but fixed it as well. I have added ProServ to my call list and they definitely will be my first call in the event of any future problems. They responded on the day of my call, quickly identified the problem and corrected it. They were polite and courteous, just a great experience.
