There are so many things I like about Protime Automotive. Yet, the thing I like most about them is the premium they put on customer service. I've been taking my car there for a number of years now. Every time I have spoken to them, either in person or on the phone, they have shown the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism. You can tell that these things are extremely important to the people who work there.

Also, they always go the extra mile for their customers. It's all about making the customer happy. I've always had great experiences there and I look forward to bringing my car there for years to come.

I was thrilled to have my A/C working after months of suffering through this blistering hot weather. However, when I returned home to open the hood of my vehicle, I found a pair of wire cutters and both ports for the a/c uncovered. Luckily, my destination didn't include an interstate route or I would be stuck with more problems than hot air blowing through my vents. I was able to find one port but the other still remains a mystery. From what I was told, the only way I can retrieve that cover for the high port if I purchase it and bring in a receipt because they can't find it. I understand days are long and you're trying to go home for the evening, but forgetting the little stuff I described that could've caused more problems than just a Freon recharge is inexcusable. I am very displeased with the service.
