I'm a little skeptical about your office, I had a very bad experience couple years ago hence the reason for me leaving, now I'm back because I knew I was happy with the dental staff however the customer service front desk staff wasn't happy with that service at all, since my return it's been ok, but I sat in the office and listen to the way they speak to customers especially on the phone and also the way they discuss their personal business right in front of patients and to me it's very unprofesonal. Think they need some training.
