This is my 9th year with Quantum andSpencer always helps me. It's great to know the same people are there year after year.

Quantum replaced my starter -no charge - it was covered under warranty..I didn't even realize it but they reminded me.

Spencer always works with me within my budget{I'm on a fixed income}and splits nneded work up when ever possible.

They are one of the best things about moving to Atlanta, for me.

Although the staff was friendly, we had a terrible experience at Quantum. I took the car in to have the A/C repaired and had problem after problem. In fact, the first few times I took the car in to get the A/C fixed, it was returned to me in worse condition (i.e., the A/C still was not functioning properly and began making loud, strange noises that it wasn't making at the time that I dropped it off). The first time that it was returned, I was told that a new part that the technician installed immediately failed, causing the A/C to stop working. In addition to an A/C that didn't work, I also had to deal with a noise that was clearly caused by something the technician did incorrectly. I had to take the car back several times, and when all was said and done, the entire process took almost two months. My husband and I had to rent a car for most of this process. The A/C now blows cold air, for the most part, but it still makes a terrible noise that it didn't make before Quantum started working on it. Res ipsa loquitur. Though Quantum caused the problem, it has refused to fix it, arguing that it will take 14 labor hours to do so. I was really disappointed because when Quantum was at the old location, we had nothing but great experiences with them.
