This shop is very customer oriented. They performed all work on time, and for the price as estimated. They are also on top of things communication-wise. They answer their phones, return calls, explain the service procedure thoroughly, and even have text and email reminders. Price was about as expected for the area. My only request would be for them to explore alternate options for replacement parts: for example, a Toyota-branded cabin filter was replaced for $60. Non-branded, but similar quality cabin filters can be found for $10.
