From booking to reception to vet tech to vet - the experience was client-oriented and pleasant. everyone was helpful and thoughtful. Having the time to ease into the appointment definitely made my cat feel calmer. Vet was thorough and great at explaining the course of treatment and why. Reception is super friendly and helpful. I previously took my cat to another vet before here and the experience was night and day.

Had a great experience here when my puppy was sick. Dr. Fisher explained what could be going on and all the staff were super friendly and helpful and caring with my puppy. I’m lucky they were accepting new patients!

As always, our girl Isla was treated with the utmost care. We had some catching up to do because of COVID but Dr.Mathison was caring and kind and completely understanding. I should note that Isla can't pass the hospital without wanting to go in, so that should tell you something.

Waiting a long time to bring my 18 year old cat, Gem, to Queen West Vet. Well worth the wait.

Kind, warm and friendly care...and that was all before meeting the doctor. Wondrous staff!

Clearly caring for the creatures in his care, I found Scott to be open, wise and with a fine sense of humour (never underestimate such!).

Gem was at home, exploring with ease and no resistance to new hands on on his elder body.

Now waiting for test results. In complete confidence. Eighteen years is a long time to be with my precious companion, and I feel utterly sure he's in the right place at the right time.

Amazed when the good doctor apologized, yes! that it'd be Monday before he'd get back to me, this being a holiday weekend. Used to much longer waiting times. Apologized! Holy cow!

The staff made sure to see my little one as quickly as possible. They were attentive, caring, and provided honest feedback about my puppies situation.

Overall a positive experience given i was not there for a positive reason.

I was in the hospital for a regular check up and to get all the precautionary elements to keep my dog happy and healthy throughout the spring and fall and beyond. The staff were all tremendously friendly and helpful. They explained everything as they went along answering any questions I had and keeping Gracie occupied and comfortable. I am on a motorize scooter so demand certain extra things needed to accommodate me and it made the experience easy and positive. for us both. We both like our vet appointments, which isn't always h case for all dogs.
