My massage appoinment was for 11:00 am, the person that gave me the massage arrived to the waiting area at 11:04, he started the massage at 11:15 and finished it at 12:45, I asked in reception about the time the lady told me that 2 hours massage are 1 hr and 50 min on hand massage but did not do anything about my 30 min lost (understood that 10 of those 30 is for taking me to the room and getting ready), Can not recommend this spa.
