Unbelievable lies on a review's response! Due to business trips, appointments had to be rescheduled. Most businesses that deal closely with customers like for them to be on site when work is being done. After no response or acknowledgement on scheduling another appointment, RB shows up randomly WEEKS later! As most people know, other yard work has to be done before mulching (weeding/trimming/etc), if you want it done properly. It was plainly explained to the men why it could not be done that day. A LARGE fee was offered to take care of this other work.
Out of courtesy, good customers call you to change appointments, but as customers we should not expect the same from the business when something (like a family matter) arises?
After phone calls to RB that day, there are now accusations that the customer cursed.
There were neighborly witnesses, there was no cursing exchanged, just disgust for the treatment of a loyal customer. After your response to a concerned (ex)customer, I can see Mrs. M was right!
