I'm sorry you had to wait for various aspects of your appointment. Unfortunately, sometimes we have emergencies that come in and I have always had the philosophy of taking care of emergency patients if at all possible. Many of my patients have been in the position of being an emergency patient and understand that things such as this may make my day run late a little at times. However, we really try to keep waits down to a minimum.
