We appreciate the feedback, however, the work we did was for an insurance claim on the frozen pipe & water damage. We did everything we were contracted to do. Not anything extra. We don't believe we cheated you out of anything since it was an insurance claim. You were satisfied with the work the insurance covered, but not happy we could not do anything over and above that for free. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel frre to contact us.
