Brought in my Prius for 100K service, discovered sidewall puncture on my other car. Got both done in one day. What I like most is the thorough and succinct communication ,their long term well trained staff and their process. They take the car, look it over, call with details, work through options and costs on the phone, do the work and call back when ready or if they discover anything. Their goal is for may family to be safe and to have my cars run for a long time. Generally I get up to about 150k with each car. Had one over 200k. We use Regans for everything but warranty work and safety systems (airbag and seatbelt repair). This is our 38th year.

all went well; service was great;

Nashon was especially helpful when I dropped off the car in the evening. It think I arrived a couple minutes past closing time but he kindly and cheerfully allowed me to leave the car despite the late hour. Jeremy was, as usual, great at communicating what the issues with the car were, potential options, and then letting me know when all was done.

I really appreciated that they called to confirm that I wanted the full service even though it was just due to my incomplete directions. They were responsive to my questions and prompt when notifying the work was complete. I'll definitely go back!!
