Juan reset the thermostats and discovered that my yearly service had not been completed as the filters were not changed. He removed them so that whoever comes out to complete the job will know that those have to be replaced. He is also going to alert Kristi that my upstairs thermostat needs to be replaced as it does not display all of the numbers completely.
