Upon receiving service, every client receives a new buffer and file. Implements are sterilized after each and every use. Overall, my experience was satisfactory. Three stars for poor ventilation. Being pregnant, I am particularly sensitive to toxic smells and although I got the organic mani/pedi, others around me did not. This plus what seemed like poor ventilation in the room made the fumes seem to linger and I found myself feeling dizzy.
