My car had to be towed, which was done very nicely and for a reasonable price by Austex Towing, which use a platform truck to move cars for service. This is the service Revolution uses, and the fee is simply added to your bill.
My car was fixed quickly and runs great now, I have a 97 Volvo that still runs great thanks to taking it to Revolution for any repairs I've need over the years. If you have a European car, these guys (and Gal ;) are the greatest.
