I was very satisfied with my chimney cleaning experience. I received a phone call saying the guys would be a bit late because they got hung up on the previous job so I wasn't kept waiting. They were to clean and inspect two chimneys which they did even though it was sprinkling rain. When They came in to give me the bill, I was informed that one chimney didn't need cleaning so the bill was only for one! I was also informed of some cracks that would need addressed before using that chimney. The men are very devoted, hardworking and have integrity. Something that is hard to find in today's world. All this with great customer service! I would recommend them to anyone needing chimney service.
