I was disappointed at this appointment. After the hygienist cleaned and checked my teeth, I waited for about 20 minutes for Dr. Dayton to finish up a phone call. I ended up having to leave to get back to a meeting at work. I'm sure I will be charged my full amount for my cleaning even though I didn't even see my dentist. In my opinion, that's not right.
I was talking to my husband who has been to Dr. Dayton's office for a few appointments this year - he has never seen Dr. Dayton. Again, always charged the full amount even though the dentist wasn't present. My hygienist Julie was great, however.
Final concern - it would be nice if Dr. Dayton joined the MetLife dental network. I (and other GE employees) always have to pay a portion of out-of-pocket expenses even for routine appointments that should be covered 100% by my dental plan.
