I am sorry you feel that way, but your argument is not accurate. I make sure that everything is understood before we move forward with any additional work needed. It is all documented on the paperwork and you even signed off on it. If you had a problem with the charges why did you pay me the full amount and sign the invoice. Throughout the whole process I kept updating you on the balance every time it changed and made sure you understood when we got off the phone, so we proceeded with the work. Every phone conversation is documented and on the invoice. The additional price of the Water Pump parts and labor is about $152, so it seems like you don't want to pay us for that and I think that is wrong. I asked you to call Audi or an Independent Euro Specialist, to check if we overcharged you and I bet they'll say we undercharged you. Judging by how much work your car needs it seems like your vehicle is well taken care of. I'm in a tough business and I understand that bad auto repair shops can ruin trust with the good ones, we are considered to be a reputable shop, but you're something else because you completely flipped on us. You signed and paid us for our work and I thought you understood what was done before you left. I know for sure you would have a change of heart if you knew how much the Dealer or Independent Audi Specialist would charge for the work performed on your vehicle. Thanks for at least acknowledging that we did a good job. Take care and good luck.
