Hard working folks. Finished the job when said it would be finished. Was told that all sanding was done in the garage, but that could not have been possible with the amount of dust throughout the entire house when the project was finished. When we had the "popcorn" ceiling removed in living room and kitchen, we had less dust/dirt. The only thing I could add here, would be that the customer be told of the amount of dust that would be possible which would enable them to have appropriate expectations. I don't believe anything was said about the possible about of dust. It was really our expectations that were out of wack. Absolutely everything had to be washed prior to placing everything back in the cupboards. I don't blame River City Painting, I simply feel our expectations were unrealistic.
Additionally at one point we had a bit of miscommunication and primer was put on an area that was not to be painted. It was cleaned off as best as possible and we chose not to have River City Painting replace the board as once all the objects were placed on the shelf above the cupboards, the one area was not visible. Perhaps it is because I simply know where to look. They were very willing to replace the board, but again we chose not to have that done.
