Took the car in for a front end alignment and tire rotate and balance. Mentioned the car was going on a long road trip, so they also checked my fluids and belts and looked for any potential issues that could come up in the trip.

Everything was as exemplary as usual as far as the shop, the people, and the quality of the repairs. There were some delays due to volume of work at the shop (I think) that were not conveyed as clearly as they could have been. Otherwise great - and a minor blip in the stellar service I always receive. Still take my car there, still highly recommend them to everyone I can.

Wow. I hope people read about my experience before going to this place. All I can say is that over the two week period that it took to get my car fixed, RJ&G fell short in three key categories: estimation of cost, estimation of time, and the most important category, COMMUNICATION. I was so frustrated with their lack of professional communication: THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK. Twice, Jerry told me I needed one more part in order to fix the car, so the final price was double the original estimation. Also, it took them two weeks to fix my car after originally telling me it would take a day and a half, and they never returned my phone calls in the mean time.
