What makes Robert M's so successful is our outstanding team. Collectively we have over 65 years of training and experience. Robert, our educator, has been an Aveda Purefessional for over 15 years. We are committed to continuing education here at Robert M's. Our program has been in place for many years and we train every Thursday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. We are constantly following all the new trends which we feel helps us with our vision statement "To Never lose a guest."
Our mission is to give relentlessly without expectation.
We are proud supporters of the Boy and Girls Club and the Junior League of Lafayette.

Are you kidding?? It was so amazing. I can't believe this salon is in Lafayette. The colorist, CC was so attentive, so very knowledgable about the color line and Robert cut my hair. It's one of those haircuts that when you get one you know it won't matter how you style it, it is always going to look great. This experience was crazy amazing from the front desk to the back of the salon. Can not wait to return.

I originally went in for help with a preexisting disk issue and had the Vax- D therapy. My daily pain was reduced to almost nonexistent and my mobility was restored.
