Agreed to $2,000 in service (and thought that what I was getting for that was somewhat slim to start with) and was called to make sure that the $3,000 bill was going to be all right. I hit the roof. Was assured when they took off the new serpentine belt and hoses that the old ones were 'just fine' when they discovered that wasn't discussed or approved. If they were still 'just fine', WHY the BLEEP did they change them to start with? What else did I get charged for that was also 'just fine' and not in need of replacement? Very shady, untrustworthy, and I won't be going back.

Although we are not perfect, we strive to make relationships with our customers based on trust! We failed you and totally own the miscommunication on that day. As I explained to you, per our telephone conversation, we dropped the ball by applying customer instructions to your vehicle and it was suppose to be for a totally different vehicle. I spoke with our employee that was responsible for this huge mistake and he agreed that this was his bad. We never and I stress- never want a breakdown in communication of this magnitude.
