I schedule appointments 6 months in advance and my time is important. We had a appointment and proceeded to wait for 40 min before the dr saw my child. I'm not sure if people were late but he saw 3 little kids before getting to my son like they were the priority even though they came in after us. With all the options for dentists now a days it's not the way to keep clients. As is my son is no longer going to come to this office. I will find him a new much closer dentist.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I tried to call you and discuss your son's appointment. I left a message with my cell phone number and did not hear back from you. We typically suggest that you allow for an hour when scheduling an appointment, although it does not normally take that long. Your appointment was at 4:00 and he was checking out at the front desk before 5:00. Your son is 16 and he takes longer than the younger children that were here at the same time. I also saw a patient for a monthly appliance check and was done quickly. There was also an emergency patient with a loose appliance. We decided not to do a new appliance so that was done quickly as well. I completed your son's consultation last so that I could answer any questions you may have had. I appreciate that you drove the distance for the past 12 years to see us. We wish you the best as he sees a general dentist.
