There was no one to check me in for a good 10 minutes. Avery did end up doing a good job on my hair but it looks like nothing I showed her in the picture or described. A different girl did my toner/wash and blow dry. The toner maybe was on my hair for a minute... which is not long enough. There were so many knots and tangles in my hair after the wash it took 10 minutes and two different brushes to comb them out. I left looking like a frizz ball. The blow dry was awful. I had to go straight home and restyle my hair while being very upset I spent $150 to leave feeling not beautiful which is the whole point of getting your hair done.
