Robyn is so sweet, but more importantly, so knowledgeable about color. My experience goes even further than how great Robyn was, but the Robert of Philadelphia mantra over all.
Being lucky to have a brother who owns a prominent salon in Akron, Ohio, I have never had anyone else but him do my hair and I was nervous. From my first impression with Kristie who handled my nerves and my appointment booking, to my greeting when I arrived and being spoiled by Hailey doing my shampoo and AMAZING head and shoulder massage (both standard with every service) to Caitie giving me an amazing blow out and style....I can not say enough how impressed I am with my hair and my experience. Robert of Philadelphia has prided himself on hiring and training only the best with a unique flair that sets them apart from most salons. The added rewards of discounts for first time visits and referrals is a wonderful and welcomed perk, but I can honestly say I would give this same review without them.
I am so happy to have found Robert of Philadelphia, Bayfront, in Naples to be my home away from home salon. Thank you all so much!!
