Dr Eubank and the Rose Dental practice at William Cannon are excellent! I am a long time patient, on the order of 15 years, and I have always had a really good, and proactive, experience with the Rose Dental team and the dental care they provide me. Dr. Eubank and her assistant recently stayed *very* late to finish a procedure for me that required a lot of time and expertise, and they took really good care of me throughout & to the finish. I highly recommend Dr. Eubank and Rose Dental to anyone who wants a practice that really partners with you on your dental care!

We were there on Tuesday for my daughter's cleaning. While I really liked the dentist, what bothered me is the LOUDNESS of the practice. I literally could not hear what the hygenist was saying to me regarding my daughter, plus the fact her face was covered, I couldn't read her lips. Between the blaring music (80's hair band), LOUD conversations and drills...it makes it impossible to think or hear.

That being said, I also feel that the patients have zero privacy. I find it unnerving that HUGE screens are installed and can be seen as you walk by. While I realize this helps the Dr...it also exposes private information. Plus the fact that is NO privacy to have a discussion....PRIVATELY.

My daughter had xrays...I felt that it wasn't explained to me nor her. It was done very quickly and I feel that her body wasn't respected with regards to the radiation. The nurse literally threw a drape on her and proceeded to take the xrays. I got up and covered her neck and thryoid to protect her.

We have been customers of Rose for years and over those years I've seen many changes...sadly the changes aren't for the better...the practice is too loud, not careful with privacy of the patients and I feel like we are moved through like cattle...

We will continue to come back because I really like her dentist. But she was with my daughter for less than 5 minutes (thankfully my daughter has good teeth)...but the overall experience isn't one that I would recommend to my family or friends.

Very good experience. Everyone was polite, professional, and nice. Everything was clearly explained, from the care I received to the bill I would receive. I did not leave questioning my care as I had with other dental practices.
