I appreciate the fact Jeff takes the time with you to understand whats wrong. Jeff doesn't oversell you, he lets you know whats wrong and how it can be fixed. He suggested we wait about 6 months on something my husband wanted done rather than just doing it. He explained why he would wait and it made sense. We have been going for over a year and get great service EVERY single time!

I have total trust and confidence in Roswell Outback's ability to fix my '93 Wrangler. It is getting on in years and they have my back. They fix all that needs to be fixed and nothing that doesn't.

I love working with Jeff and Roswell Outback and feel so lucky to have found them! I won't trust my vintage jeep with anyone else. He offers truthful feedback and doesn't over charge or suggest unnecessary services.

We got a 2500 Series Suburban about a year ago to tow our 10,000lb travel trailer. A terrible noise started coming from the rear end. Took it to Roswell Outback, and they immediately identified the issue as worn out rear differential bearings. Not only did they fix it, but they explained how and why it occurred and how to help avoid this problem in the future - change the rear differential fluid every 6 months when towing. These guys are great. If you are looking for a good and honest repair shop, then look no further! Highly recommended.

I trust Jeff and Dan with my 93 Jeep Wrangler. It has high mileage and all the parts are starting to fail one by one. They are my mechanics.

Hands down the best auto mechanic I have ever been to. I have always been extremely skeptical of mechanics, stemming from multiple shady incidents. Any basic work I am capable of doing I try to do myself. Anyway, I had the malfunction indicator light appear on my '04 Grand Cherokee dash on Tuesday. The car went into "limp mode" as well (Jeff, the owner, explained this to me), which I had never experienced and is scary to drive on. I did the basic key check and got the general transmission error code (P 0700). Dreading the worst and mentally bracing myself to drop major $, I read reviews on every shop in the area. Brought in to Outback Wednesday afternoon and dealt directly with Jeff. Immediately I could tell he is extremely knowledgable and was understanding everything from my novice explanation. He told me I could have either a minor or major problem; he wouldn't know until he looked at it. Got a call first thing Friday morning with good news: rodents had chewed clear through my transmission lines, warranting a simple wire replacement. Jeff quoted me a price significantly lower than I was expecting and I gave him the go-ahead to do the work. Picked up Friday evening and my Jeep runs smooth as butter again, arguably smoother than before the incident. Can not speak enough about the professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and efficiency of this shop. Don't have any doubts about taking your car here.
