I was very impressed with all aspects of the customer service I received at the AAMCO Transmission and Total Car Center in Prescott Valley. AZ. As a former Industrial Technical Education Instructor in the field of Automotive Technology education, I was very impressed with the customer service and honest interaction I observed with service personnel and customers. From the time I stepped into the business, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the customer waiting room, restroom facilities and service area. There were several items that were directed toward making the customer's wait a pleasant one. This included free water, coffee, snacks, WiFi, big screen commercials and TV, etc. The service manager and technicians were very friendly and helpful in giving what the customer really needed. I also was impressed with the service prices and the fact that they gave a 10% discount to Military Service Members, Veterans and Repeat Customers. They performed the transmission and rear differential service I requested in a timely manner and allowed my request to view the sediment in my transmission pan. To say the least, I was very impressed with the facility, management, technicians and service I received and will not only return for other service by will recommend this facility to my friends.
