Areba is sweet and fantastic! My xrays were done so gently, no pinching of my gums and totally painless! Shannon did a superb cleaning of my teeth as always! The facility is always clean and the front desk gals are very friendly. My son and I will always go to Sage Dental to see Dr. Abigail Tubio and her staff.

my first experience with Sage was very positive and comfortable from the moment I was greeted upon entering the reception area. The xray technician, the hygienist-Shannon and Dr. Tubio were highly professional while being friendly, informative and concerned with my comfort.

My services was beyond despicable. I usually attend the Winter Park location which I actually love, however, I had to go to the Altamonte location since my doctor was out. The office manager was rude and argued with me twice about the fees I was being charged vs what the actual price was according to my fee schedule through my plan. Although I kept explaining to her especially after speaking to my insurance company in office she kept telling me that I was wrong. I seen a Periodontist according to my treatment plan I was being charged 75.00 more than what my plan says in supposed to pay. I brought this to her attention and she had the nerve to lie and say that my prices was for a general dentist. If a general dentist could do the work of a specialist such as a Periodontist especially the work I needed WHY is there a need for a specialist? While there are somethings a general dentist can do but not the work I need. And if that is the case that means my fee schedule for Endo, Ortho, and OS are according to General dentistry which doesn't make sense. I was so embarrassed and made to feel I was the crazy one even though that day I had spoken to my insurance literally 4 times while there! NEVER AGAIN!

Once payment was received for a partial,and cast,s were taken , the ball was dropped by the personnel that work with dentists in the back, and the front personnel had no clue. The purpose was a broken tooth under the gum line and the removal of it. Your office was only content with putting the partial in with full payment up front. When the front desk (Melissa) informed me by phone of only a fitting the next appointment (next day) and that was the only thing scheduled, with no understanding of a removal and not seeing anything scheduled, she to was shocked and had to pull my file to understand what was going on. To put a partial over a broken tooth would lead to an infection and serious problems. She(Melissa) apologized over and over but it clearly was not her fault. When a client drives an hour and 15 minutes and has paid in full, more respect for that client needs to be shown. I will never refer or speak kindly of Sage dental !!!

I am very disappointed with the service provided. I received 2 deep cleanings from Sage Dental. The first was covered by insurance, the second I was charged 5 dollars for the service and I was informed that the insurance would cover the rest. A few months later, I was provided with a bill for the service, that I had already paid 5 dollars for. I reached out to my insurance and was informed on 3 different times by 3 different representatives that they spoke to Sage on my behalf and I was not responsible for the remaining balance and I should have been credited back the 5 dollars I paid, yet I continue to get bills relating to this visit. It was Sage's responsibility to check that the insurance covered this service and I believe it is wrong to then place the burden of payment on the patient because they did not do their due diligence. I will not be back or recommend Sage to anyone I know. I will continue working with my insurance to resolve this mistake that Sage made because it is not fair to the patient to have to take on this responsibility.

They are great! I have not had to wait past my appointment time at all, everyone is very professional but friendly, and I usually get to use a coupon to get a free toothbrush or teeth whitening kit. I love the staff, service, as well as the promotions that Sage runs.

Always enjoy going here. Front desk and hygienist and doctor are all very sweet. I feel a thorough job is always done. I always have a million questions, and they are great answering them.
