Once payment was received for a partial,and cast,s were taken , the ball was dropped by the personnel that work with dentists in the back, and the front personnel had no clue. The purpose was a broken tooth under the gum line and the removal of it. Your office was only content with putting the partial in with full payment up front. When the front desk (Melissa) informed me by phone of only a fitting the next appointment (next day) and that was the only thing scheduled, with no understanding of a removal and not seeing anything scheduled, she to was shocked and had to pull my file to understand what was going on. To put a partial over a broken tooth would lead to an infection and serious problems. She(Melissa) apologized over and over but it clearly was not her fault. When a client drives an hour and 15 minutes and has paid in full, more respect for that client needs to be shown. I will never refer or speak kindly of Sage dental !!!
