I went in for bright blonde highlights came out ash gray. This is the 2nd bad experience at this salon. 2 for 2. Won't be going back.

I absolutely loved my stylist Grace and she did an amazing job but I hated the bench you have to sit on under the dryer/heat lamps so much that I stopped going! I mentioned this several times to the stylist and was told others have sad the same. I was traveling 30+ minutes which wasn't even an issue because I loved Grace AND her work but for the price I was paying I thought being comfortable was important as well. The processing bench is miserable even for 20 minutes! You sit up like a statue but the cushion is slippery and the seat is not deep so it's so awkward and extremely uncomfortable!

Cassie seems rushed and overwhelmed being double booked. She was aggressive with her hair washing, I was covered in water and lost a new piercing in my ear from how quickly she was trying to work. I asked for a new style and I walked out looking the same as I did when I walked in. My original stylist left the salon so I tried someone new, and I will not be returning.

Had a great experience with Sarah. She took the time to understand what I wanted and even gave me a few styling pointers. She wasn't rushing to her next client and it made me feel special. Love the shampoo chairs as well. They don't hurt your neck like at other salons. Definitely coming back!
