I have been to Salon capri 7 times because the hair stylists in particular, Jill, Anya, and Teresa are wonderful and so knowledgeable. They are extremely well prepared and helpful stylists, that is why I come back. This is my opinion, the only area that management needs to focus on, is the front desk. Usually a salon's front desk should be more than one person, who can take coat, give a salon robe, ask if the client needs anything such as a drink especially when one is paying such high prices at a high end salon. I find that the front desk needs improvement while one is taking appointments on the phone another needs to be there to assist clients with these very important customer service needs.
