I got the time of my appointment wrong and arrived fifteen minutes late. Because I was wrong about the time, I failed to apologize. Both the receptionist and my stylist were polite and kind despite what must have looked like terrible rudeness. As usual, my haircut is great. Rebecca listens to me but improves on whatever it is I want. I feel like she takes the trouble to get to know her clients so she can provide the right service. I remain loyal.
