I think the salon staff could use some help.
Took me over a week of calling different times during the day and attempting to set up an appointment via email before I was finally able to speak to a person to set up an appointment.
They did get me in quickly ( within 2 days) once I finally spoke to someone.
Salon was set up really cute and trendy, and my stylist was very kind and sweet.
However I did leave with a very chopped bad cut. That it was obvious I was not happy with, but just tried to leave before I burst into tears in the salon.
And had to spend an additional $50 to get it fixed elsewhere.
Then one week after the cut finally got a response email to my attempts at setting up an appointment time for a time and date that I did not select. And the email notifying me of " setting up" the appointment was sent to me 2 hours after the time they selected .
Over all super disappointed.
