My wife suggested I give Salon Joa a try because she’s been very happy with her experience.
My cut was the fastest cut I’ve ever had. The stylist did a good job but I was disappointed that he would trim my beard. Before starting I told him I need my hair and beard trimmed before a meeting. After he finishing my hair (in about 15 min) I reminded him I also needed my beaded trimmed and he said he didn’t have time. Had I known I wasn’t going to be able to get it all done I would have gone somewhere else.
Again, he did a good job, I just had to go to another shop to have my beaded trimmed.
Salon Joa replied:
We apologize for the inconvenience but a beard trim is an extra booking and does requires extra time. The beard trim wasnâ??t booked at the time when the haircut was made. So sorry for the miscommunication if you did request that booking when you called in! Thank you and take care!
