Unfortunately I will not be returning to Salon Legato. I am new to the area and was hesitant in the first place to try out a different salon. I asked my stylist for a full highlight, and to make my hair more blonde with no noticeable roots and as natural as possible...... 4.5 hours later I had bleach blonde hair with LOTS of evident awful dark roots. I had to return the next evening so she could "fix" it but I still have dark roots around the crown of my head, I can no longer wear my hair pulled back. She said she "just could t get that close". The kicker was, she charged me when I came back for the "fix" I spent over $245 and now have to find new stylist.

Salon Legato Farmington replied:

Melissa, we are so sorry that you had a negative experience here. We truly value your feedback and appreciate that you let us know your challenges so that we can make adjustments and improve on our overall guest experience. Your stylist left a voicemail for you the day after your return appointment so that she could apologize and discuss your concerns. You should not have been charged for your return visit & we apologize again for the mistake. The purpose for her call was also to attempt to refund you for the return visit but we never received a call back. Please give us a call so that we can correct the overcharge that was made on your return visit.

Always a good experience here and love the Aveda tea...but just two thing's needed to be addressed.

They need to put that small table back in restroom so ladies can put purses down instead of the floor.

Why did you remove it?

Also bathroom wastebasket was overflowing...wasn't emptied night b4...I was 1st app't very early...no one needs to see that.
