We truly value your feedback and appreciate that you let us know your challenges so that we can make adjustments and improve on our overall guest experience. Your stylist left a voicemail for you the day after your return appointment so that she could apologize and discuss your concerns. You should not have been charged for your return visit & we apologize again for the mistake. The purpose for her call was also to attempt to refund you for the return visit but we never received a call back. Please give us a call so that we can correct the overcharge that was made on your return visit.
