I highly recommend Shawna as a colorist and stylist. She reflects very well on Salon Pompeo and complements its welcoming, modern atmosphere. I always feel welcomed by the front desk staff, appointments are simple to get (or change without attitude), and of course, Shawna simply does the best highlights. She listens to what you want, but I've learned to trust her skill! Salon Pompeo is a great place to go.

My first app did not go well. I brought pics to show the colour and style I was looking for and I left with a bleached ginger mess and felt the stylist didn't listen to me and I felt pretty uncomfortable throughout the experience.
When I called and spoke to the manager I was booked in with another stylist able who rectified the problem and matched the picture perfectly and took the time to chit chat wih me and made me feel more at ease.
Based on the second experience and the professional way that the problem was rectified I would return to the salon and would recommend the second stylist.

Everyone was extremely friendly. Abby is an excellent hairstylist and her assistant was very helpful. Enjoyed my time there. Looking forward to her doing my hair next month.

Like always, the moment you walk into the place you feel relax..The hair cut I had this time was shorter than usual.
Karina as being cutting my hair for about 14 years always making me feel beautifull. This time it make me feel about 10 years younger.. HURRAY.

Excellent location for me; professional; Clean; friendly; and, very importantly, I got a great haircut from Korina. I liked that I was contacted as a reminder and Korina was ready for the appointment when I arrived.
I have to admit that the cost was above my budget based on the time required for my style hair.

My hair is ruined. I wanted some highlights and left with a full head of bleached orange hair. The stylist knew it was terrible when I left too and at this point I want my money back. I can't believe a salon would let anyone walk out of their place with bleached orange hair. If you couldn't do what I asked or rather didn't know how, you should've said so.
I work at a huge investment firm and I cannot go to work like this. Or maybe I should add to warn people not to go to salon pompeo.

Mina did my haircut. I enjoyed my visit. She was professional & listened well to my needs/wants. I am growing out my hair and she suggested tips but wasn't overbearing or annoying like some salons. I am already scheduled to come back in a few months.

I came in for a fix on my highlites. Jason solved my problem, gave me a great color and cut. He even took the time to give me beach waves - even though I hadn't requested it! It was a great first experience, I will definitely go back.
