This visit is almost impossible to rate as Jack is no longer at Salon Sora, but our beloved Amy Pink is, so while we drive a considerable distance for Amy’s talents, the reality that Jack was allowed to walk away in the face of differences with an unprofessional and caddy manager speaks volumes to myself and my family and friends that seek services at Salon Sora. It solicits us all to revisit the effort and time to travel such a distance to a place that had the opportunity to do the right thing, and didn’t.
Hello Christine. This is Frank, one of the owners at Salon Sora. While I can understand your disappointment that one of our assistants decided to leave the salon it was his personal life that took him to Miami and the commute was too far for him on a daily basis. It was his decision to leave and we all miss him. I don't know why you would think my manager Chelsea is "unprofessional and caddy" but nothing could be further from the truth as you would know by reading any one of the many reviews that compliment her on her professionalism and helpful nature.
