Instead of the confined and enclosed European salt caves, Salt Escape believes in creating a calming spa-like environment for our salt rooms in order to give clients a tranquil atmosphere where they can relax while benefiting from the salt therapy.
Salt Escape built their salt rooms where every wall surface, including the floor & ceiling, is covered with natural rock salt to create a sterilized and negative ion environment. Salt Escape also uses the newest top-of-the-line halogenerators to crush pharmaceutical grade salt into small particles for inhalation creating the microclimate.
Each salt therapy session at Salt Escape lasts 45 minutes. You can read a book or even take a nap while relaxing to the calming background music playing in the room. Most are able to taste salt on their lips a few minutes after the halogenerator is turned on. There is no mandatory attire, as you can come in casual or work clothes and the salt will not adversely effect your clothing.We do require all of our clients to wear medical booties to cover your shoes to keep the salt rooms clean.
Your comfort is ensured by our Zero-Gravity, NASA inspired recliners. With your feet elevated at your heart-level or slightly above, this position puts the least amount of strain on the spine neutralizing the effects of gravity. The Zero-Gravity recliners allow you to relax while you're seated and lets the discs in your spine return to their normal shape.
